Job Title: Product Manager
Job Summary:
Leading a product management team where the person will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for an electronic simulation software product and delivering the product that meets the customer requirements by working closely with the engineering team. You should also possess excellent communication skills and interact with customers and translate the customer requirements into engineering features.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap
- Gather, manage and prioritise customer, sales and internal R&D requirements
- Be the voice of the customer to the team
- Responsible for writing the product requirement document for different features working closely with customers and the engineering team
- Define product epics and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Build case studies and do competition analysis
- Ensure that acceptance tests are met as per the requirements
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning and daily scrums
Required Skills
- Demonstrated success in launching an enterprise grade desktop product
- Technical product knowledge of electronic simulation software
- Technical knowledge of EMC/EMI
- Technical knowledge of CAD/UI/3D Visualisation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Miro
