Job Title: Sales Manager, India
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for leading enterprise computational software product sales for our growing company PAN India. You will carry a direct sales quota for all product-lines of the company.
Location: Bangalore, India – Onsite
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales revenue objectives
- Contribute to all stages of the sales process
- Improve closing velocity
- Execute and sharpen sales strategy
- Participate in tradeshows
- Coordinate application support for demos, PoCs, evaluation, training etc.
- Help draft effective proposals and quotations explaining the value proposition
- Managing channel partners
Required Skills
- Ability to formulate, test and refine sales strategy
- Drafting effective proposals and quotations
- Clear communication skills
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools
Relevant Experience
- Bachelors degree in any engineering stream preferably electronics/electrical
- 3+ years of relevant experience
